Horizon gives you access to the ALTO digital community space and our monthly newsletter. You also get priority access to buy tickets to our London events at the standard door price.

Horizon does not include peer circles, role model sessions, or Warm Intro Credits. These are reserved exclusively for Ascent and Cima members. If you want the full ALTO experience, Ascent is the right place to start.

A Peer Circle is a confidential group of 8–10 Latin professionals from different sectors who meet monthly. Think of it as your personal board of directors, people who understand your context, challenge your thinking, and hold you to your highest level.

Every circle is cross-sector by design, so no one is competing. Sessions last around 90 minutes. Everything shared in the circle is strictly confidential (it stays in the room). That confidentiality is what makes genuine honesty possible. Peer Circles are available on Ascent and Cima plans only.

A Role model is a senior Latin professional who brings their full, authentic story to the community through a warm and direct dialogue. They open up about the bold decisions made without a playbook, the private moments of doubt, and the golden insights learned along their path. Every session culminates in an engaging Q&A and an open conversation where members interact directly with the Role model.

Role model Sessions are an exclusive benefit for Ascent and Cima members, with every conversation archived in the Role model Library for on-demand access anytime.

A Role model is chosen for honesty, not just seniority. We look for Latin professionals with a genuine connection to Latin America, who have navigated at least one significant career turn, and who are willing to speak about the real version of their journey, including the parts that did not go to plan.

Role models come from every sector: tech, finance, consulting, entrepreneurship, and beyond. Some are years ahead of our members, others just a few steps further along. Cima members are also invited onto the path to becoming a Role model themselves as their own story develops.

Peer circles meet once a month, in a confidential group of 8–10 members. Role model sessions also happen monthly, so across the year every Ascent and Cima member has access to twelve honest conversations with senior Latin professionals.

Alongside these, ALTO hosts quarterly in-person gatherings in London and one Annual Summit. Every Role model session is recorded and added to the Role model Library, so you never lose access to a conversation, even one you had to miss.

Cima members receive 2 In-Person Event Guest Passes per year for London events. A Guest Pass allows you to bring one person to a specific ALTO London gathering as your guest, someone you believe belongs in this community.

Guest Passes are for in-person events only. They are not transferable and do not roll over to the following year. When you use a Guest Pass, your guest experiences ALTO as you do, without commitment or obligation.

A Warm Intro Credit is a curated, personal introduction to another member of the ALTO community, made directly by the ALTO team, based on what you are working on and who could genuinely help.

Ascent members receive 1 Warm Intro Credit per month. Cima members receive unlimited Warm Intro Credits. To use one, simply tell us who or what kind of connection you are looking for, and we will make a thoughtful, direct introduction (never a cold forward).

Your founding rate is locked for your first 12 months of membership — the first 20 Ascent members pay £15/month, and the first 5 Cima members pay £25/month, guaranteed for a full year regardless of any changes ALTO makes in that time.

After 12 months, rates are reviewed for everyone on the same terms — this applies equally to every founding member, with no surprises and no individual renegotiation. Pricing will change as the community grows, but we won't ask you to guess: you'll always know your rate well in advance of any change.

For Ascent and Cima members, quarterly in-person gatherings in London are included as part of your membership — up to four per year, covered at no extra cost to you. Your membership fee is what makes this possible, and we want to be upfront that this is a real cost we plan and budget for carefully as the community grows.

If you would like to bring a guest or attend beyond the included gatherings, that can usually be arranged at the standard door price, or for Cima members (using one of your Event Guest Passes).

Horizon members are not included in this. Instead, you get priority access to buy tickets at the standard door price, ahead of general release.

Founding figure recognition is a distinctive honor created exclusively for the first 5 Cima members joining during our launch cohort.

This unique distinction permanently celebrates the trailblazers who help shape ALTO from day one. All Cima members, including those who join as the community grows, enjoy the full suit of executive benefits while these initial 5 places hold a special, lasting legacy in our history.

ALTO is selective because the quality of every connection depends on the quality of every person in the room. We do not look for a specific title, years of experience, or salary level. We look for ambition, generosity, and a heartfelt connection to Latin America.

Every application is reviewed personally by the ALTO team within one week. Every applicant receives a thoughtful, personal response, whether the answer is yes, not yet, or not the right fit. If you are unsure whether ALTO is right for you, the best thing to do is apply and let the conversation begin.

The digital community space is ALTO's online home where members connect between sessions, share opportunities, ask questions, and stay close to the community day to day. It is available to every member, including Horizon.

Think of it as the thread that holds everything together between your monthly peer circle and role model sessions. A place to keep the relationships warm.

Horizon members get priority access to buy tickets for ALTO's in-person gatherings in London, at the standard door price, the same price anyone attending would pay. Priority simply means Horizon members get first access before a wider release, so you are never left waiting behind a sold-out event.

Ascent and Cima members, by comparison, have these gatherings included as part of their membership.

The Welcome Audit is a short, 20-minute conversation with the ALTO team when you first join as an Ascent or Cima member. It is a chance for us to understand where you are in your career, what you are building, and what you are hoping to get from ALTO, so your peer circle placement and early experience are as relevant as possible from day one.

It is a conversation, not an assessment. There is nothing to prepare.

The Talent Spotlight is a feature reserved for Cima members, a chance to be showcased to the wider ALTO community for what you are building, your expertise, or your story. Speaker opportunities mean Cima members may be invited to lead a session, host a Masterclass, or speak at an ALTO gathering, sharing their knowledge directly with the community.

These are genuine platform opportunities designed to raise your visibility as ALTO grows.

Office Hours are semi-annual, small-group sessions where Cima members get direct access to the ALTO team to talk through what's on their mind, career questions, introductions, or anything ALTO can help unlock.

The path to becoming a Role model means that as a Cima member builds their story and standing within ALTO, they may be invited to become a Role model themselves, sharing their journey with newer members the way today's Role models share with you.
