Horizon does not include peer circles, referent sessions, or Warm Intro Credits. These are reserved exclusively for Ascent and Cima members. If you want the full ALTO experience, Ascent is the right place to start.

A Peer Circle is a confidential group of 8–10 Latin professionals from different sectors who meet monthly. Think of it as your personal board of directors — people who understand your context, challenge your thinking, and hold you to your highest level.

Every circle is cross-sector by design, so no one is competing. Sessions last around 90 minutes. Everything shared in the circle is strictly confidential — it stays in the room. That confidentiality is what makes genuine honesty possible. Peer Circles are available on Ascent and Cima plans only.

A Referent is a senior Latin professional who shares their real story with the community — not a keynote, not a polished talk. A genuine conversation. They share the decisions they made without a playbook, the moments of doubt, and what they know now that they wish someone had told them earlier. Members ask real questions, and the Referent stays for honest conversation afterwards.

Referent Sessions are available to Ascent and Cima members, and every session is added to the Referent Library so you can revisit it any time.

A Referent is chosen for honesty, not just seniority. We look for Latin professionals with a genuine connection to Latin America, who have navigated at least one significant career turn, and who are willing to speak about the real version of their journey — including the parts that did not go to plan.

Referents come from every sector — tech, finance, consulting, entrepreneurship, and beyond. Some are years ahead of our members, others just a few steps further along. Cima members are also invited onto the path to becoming a Referent themselves as their own story develops.

Peer circles meet once a month, in a confidential group of 8–10 members. Referent sessions also happen monthly, so across the year every Ascent and Cima member has access to twelve honest conversations with senior Latin professionals.

Alongside these, ALTO hosts quarterly in-person gatherings in London and one Annual Summit. Every Referent session is recorded and added to the Referent Library, so you never lose access to a conversation — even one you had to miss.

Cima members receive 2 In-Person Event Guest Passes per year for London events. A Guest Pass allows you to bring one person to a specific ALTO London gathering as your guest — someone you believe belongs in this community.

Guest Passes are for in-person events only. They are not transferable and do not roll over to the following year. When you use a Guest Pass, your guest experiences ALTO as you do — without commitment or obligation.

A Warm Intro Credit is a curated, personal introduction to another member of the ALTO community — made directly by Inés or the ALTO team, based on what you are working on and who could genuinely help.

Ascent members receive 1 Warm Intro Credit per month. Cima members receive unlimited Warm Intro Credits. To use one, simply tell us who or what kind of connection you are looking for, and we will make a thoughtful, direct introduction — never a cold forward.

Your founding rate is locked for your first 12 months of membership — the first 20 Ascent members pay £15/month, and the first 5 Cima members pay £25/month, guaranteed for a full year regardless of any changes ALTO makes in that time.

After 12 months, rates are reviewed for everyone on the same terms — this applies equally to every founding member, with no surprises and no individual renegotiation. Pricing will change as the community grows, but we won't ask you to guess: you'll always know your rate well in advance of any change.

ALTO is selective because the quality of every connection depends on the quality of every person in the room. We do not look for a specific title, years of experience, or salary level. We look for ambition, generosity, and a heartfelt connection to Latin America.

Every application is reviewed personally by Inés within one week. Every applicant receives a thoughtful, personal response — whether the answer is yes, not yet, or not the right fit. If you are unsure whether ALTO is right for you, the best thing to do is apply and let the conversation begin.
